Manuscript Handling Charge Waiver Policy:
International Journal of Fermented Foods is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
Moreover, International Journal of Fermented Foods charges a modest Article Processing fee to authors that is based on a sliding scale, providing reduced rates for low and middle income countries.
We have substantial waiver policies in place for the deserving authors whose university or institution are not providing funding assistance in research or who have lack of financial support from funding agencies. The provision for complete or partial fee waiver depends on the case-by-case basis for the authors. However, the request for waiver is taken into consideration only if the request for a waiver has been sent to the related journal before submission of the manuscript.

Reviewers who review the manuscript within the specified time will be given a 30% waiver on the APC for one manuscript if it is submitted as first author or corresponding author.
